As Group Director of the MSCT, Ben is responsible for oversight of all client service related matters, client relationship management, account maintenance, and practice management. Ben is committed to delivering the highest level of professionalism and exemplary service in every client interaction. Van joined Morgan Stanley in the summer of 2025 right after her graduation from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, located upstate New York, with a double major in Economics and Mathematics. Originally from Vietnam, Van has a diverse background and can speak fluent English and Vietnamese, as well as a conversational level of French.
Joining the Wealth Management team, Van serves as a Registered Client Services Associate to support the team and deliver first-class services to clients. She is currently holding the SIE, the Series 66, and the Series 7. Outside of work, Van enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.

Franklin Darla is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define the goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Franklin provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and [received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning].
