Boba brings many years of experience in the financial industry and has built a distinguished wealth management practice grounded in delivering exceptional client service. Known for a thoughtful, client-first approach, Boba works closely with individuals and families to help navigate complex financial landscapes and build tailored strategies that align with their goals.

Originally from Serbia, Boba is fluent in four languages and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Novi Sad. This global perspective enriches her ability to serve a diverse clientele with insight and care.

Outside the office, Boba enjoys horseback riding competitions, traveling, and spending time with friends and colleagues. Her infectious energy and warm demeanor help foster lasting relationships and a collaborative, positive environment both within and beyond the workplace.

About Benjamin M. Brennan

As Group Director of the MSCT, Ben is responsible for oversight of all client service related matters, client relationship management, account maintenance, and practice management. Ben is committed to delivering the highest level of professionalism and exemplary service in every client interaction. He prides himself on understanding clients’ specific needs, developing solutions collaboratively, and communicating those solutions efficiently with the client.

Ben is a 2014 graduate from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with a major in Business and a minor in Economics. After graduation, he became Series 7 and 66 registered, insurance licensed, and has held the CFP® designation since 2018. Ben has 10+ years of experience with Morgan Stanley as a registered client service associate, with particular interest in business development and financial planning.

Ben has one son, Theo, and is happiest when spending time with his family!

About Van Tran

Van joined Morgan Stanley in the summer of 2025 right after her graduation from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, located upstate New York, with a double major in Economics and Mathematics. Originally from Vietnam, Van has a diverse background and can speak fluent English and Vietnamese, as well as a conversational level of French.

Joining the Wealth Management team, Van serves as a Registered Client Services Associate to support the team and deliver first-class services to clients. She is currently holding the SIE, the Series 66, and the Series 7. Outside of work, Van enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.

About Rick Baray

Rick Baray is a vice president and financial planning director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Northern Virginia and Western Maryland. He is responsible for helping financial advisors with their clients’ and prospects’ financial planning needs.

Rick began his career in financial services in 2008 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2024. Prior to his current position, he was the head of financial planning for a local wealth management firm, specializing in clients that are in or near retirement.

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in financial services, with a specialization in personal financial planning, from San Diego State University. He furthered his education by earning both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Advanced Finance degree from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Rick is both a CFA Charterholder and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, combining rigorous quantitative skills with practical expertise. He takes pride in his ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights for clients and colleagues.

Rick has resided in Washington, D.C. since 2020. Outside of his professional life, Rick is passionate about fitness and is a devoted animal lover. He shares his home with his three beloved dogs, who are an essential part of his life and bring him great joy.

Franklin Darla is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define the goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Franklin provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and [received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning]. Franklin is originally from Karnataka, India, with Financial Advising experience from Manhattan, New York and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

About Liam Drennan

Liam Drennan is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Virginia and Maryland.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Liam began his career in financial services in 2019 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at the Janney Montgomery Scott. He also served as a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Business Banking.

Liam is a graduate of the George Mason University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He lives in Arlington, Virginia. Outside of the office, Liam enjoys running, hiking, and playing golf with friends.
