About Fortunato Vega

Fortunato is a Seattle native and he completed his Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration (Marketing & International Business) at the University of Washington.  He launched his career in financial services as a stockbroker for Dean Witter (now merged with Morgan Stanley) in 1980 before moving to New York City in 1985.  While in New York, Fortunato started, purchased, and sold businesses including a design and manufacturing  company as well as a communications and technology company.  After spending 20 years in New York, Fortunato moved back home to Seattle to be closer to family and he returned to Morgan Stanley, joining their Wealth Management Group in 2006.

Fortunato has developed a true passion for assisting individuals with whatever is most important to them in life and developing a strategy that helps them achieve success.  He particularly enjoys working with families and business owners and enjoys connecting people with aligned interests and shared values.  Fortunato draws on his vast experience as a life-long entrepreneur when advising business owners today.  His first hand knowledge of the commitment and passion successful business owners must have allows him to better understand his clients and the difficult balancing act they face.  Fortunato is skilled at gathering the right people and the right resources to fit the situation to on which he is working.

Fortunato and his wife Pura have been married 50+ years.  They reside in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood and have two grown sons, Melecio and Francisco, and two grandchildren, Dominic and Brooklyn.  They take every opportunity they have to spend time with their family, friends, and helping others.

About Frances Williams, CFP®

Frances grew up in Portsmouth, NH with her seven brothers and sisters who ingrained in her the value of a close-knit family. She attended Colgate University on a full scholarship, studied abroad in London and parts of Europe, and graduated with a B.A. in Economics in 1989. She then headed to the West Coast, driving cross country from NH to Portland, OR. She moved to Seattle in 1991 and started her career at Morgan Stanley in 1993.

She has built her practice on a foundation of integrity and service. She works closely with her hard-working clients and their loved ones to help develop effective planning solutions that are tailored to their capabilities and needs. Her greatest pleasure is being the advisor that her clients feel they can depend on to monitor the financial aspect of their lives, so that they are free to enjoy the finer things in life that money can not buy.

Frances is a total animal lover and volunteers for Seattle Humane fostering cats. She is passionate about protecting the environment, birding, and the vegan and sustainable lifestyle. About Luke Tracy

Luke has spent his entire adult life in the greater Seattle region but was born and raised in the central Washington town of Cle Elum. After completing his Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration (Finance) at the University of Washington, Luke launched his career at Morgan Stanley in 2007 with a focus on helping his clients manage their financial needs so they are well prepared for a successful retirement.

Luke’s primary focus is developing custom financial plans for clients and managing their investments in a way that aligns with their plan. Luke received his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2009 and has developed a process that helps clients to have the confidence that every loose end has been accounted for and provides them a way to benchmark success for years and generations to come. About Keagan Maxey

Keagan was born and raised in Normandy Park, WA and has lived in the Seattle area her entire life. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing at Washington State University where she was also in an active leadership role in Kappa Alpha Theta. In 2018, she joined Morgan Stanley as a Client Service Associate and has been working closely with clients ever since.

Keagan has a results-focused approach as well as excellent critical thinking skills. These attributes have made her invaluable in helping clients open their accounts, transfer funds, navigate the online site, complete complicated paperwork, and several other daily activities. When not in the office, Keagan enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as cooking and baking. Most of her summers are spent with the family on Vashon Island enjoying the views of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier. Tommy was born and raised in Seattle, WA. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he attended Washington State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After graduating, Tommy embarked in the financial planning industry with a local firm where he passed his Securities Industry Essentials Exam, and obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Tommy is driven by a genuine passion for helping others and he consistently delivers exceptional service. His ability to forge long lasting relationships, coupled with a commitment to deliver the utmost quality to clients, ensures they feel valued and supported.

Outside of the office, Tommy loves spending time with friends and family, especially his three brothers. He enjoys staying active through running, playing golf and being a part of recreational sport teams. Most of his summers are spent going on road trips in the Pacific Northwest and his falls are spent rooting for his favorite sports team, the Seattle Seahawks.
