      About Me

      Born: March AFB, Riverside, CA, 1963 

      I grew up in Southern California and graduated Loyola High School in Los Angeles in 1981. I then went on to follow the family legacy and graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 1985, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

      Early in my career I spent 13 years within the automotive industry growing my experience in operational consulting, sales, and finance. After I joined Smith Barney in 1998 I earned my initial Portfolio Management designation. Currently I am a Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Financial Advisor. I continue to use my 18 years of professional consulting experience to help clients find solutions to the complex choices they are faced with in today’s ever changing environment.

      I live with my wife of 28 years, Jackie, and have three daughters Christine, Corinne, and Sierra. My family is an avid outdoor family who loves boating, hiking, and cycling. I am an avid auto enthusiast who spends some of my down time tinkering with and restoring vintage cars.  Some of my free time is spent as an active community volunteer, in my town of Forestville, where I  have been active in promoting financial literacy for the local high school students.  Additionally, I have been a regular member of the local Rotary Club in Sebastopol for many years.

      About Me

      I have lived in Sonoma County most of my life. I enjoy the beauty Sonoma County provides, not only in landscape, but lifestyle and community. I am married with four children; two boys and two girls. My goal has been to set an example for them by being engaged, strong, positive, and wanting to inspire them through action. 

       I have been in the financial industry for over 20 years. I started my career as a commercial banker assisting small businesses to thrive and expand. The key to a successful business is maintaining cash flow. Having a steady stream of money to support the business, the people, and their goals is of the utmost importance. I became a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley to apply those same principles to individuals and families financial plans. Saving and investing is ultimately about having the cash flow to support the lifestyle and goals that each person and family are hoping to achieve.  

       My passion outside of my family is supporting, educating, and inspiring women, and demystifying the complex nature of finance. The first step is defining why someone does the things they do. Second, it is discovering what someone is trying to achieve. Third, is finding the appropriate solutions to accomplish each specific goal.
