About David Bartoli
David takes pride in developing effective personal and professional relationships with each of his clients. His main focus, since starting with the firm in 2000, is developing an in depth understanding of each of his clients' needs and offering a personalized approach with custom solutions. He focuses on wealth management, investment consulting and risk management.
As a Morgan Stanley Wealth Advisor, David is required to undergo extensive and ongoing training - among the most comprehensive in the industry. As he continually expands his wealth management capabilities he consistently integrates that knowledge into his daily practice. Also, as the team’s leader he has taken on the responsibilities of coordinating our efforts to bring a complete and cohesive approach of wealth management to all of Bartoli Wealth Management Group’s clientele.
David graduated from Elizabethtown College with a double major in Political Science and Environmental Science. He received his Master's degree in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University.
Today, David and his wife, Beth, reside in Mechanicsburg with their four children; Philip, Sophia, David and Katherine. He is a member of the Children's Home Foundation of Harrisburg board and the board of the GLY Foundation. In his spare time, David enjoys playing basketball, reading and spending time with his family.

About Stephen Bartoli
Stephen has been with Morgan Stanley since 1999. In collaboration with other team members, he focuses on developing comprehensive strategies for families, business owners and nonprofit institutions. His areas of strength include investment strategies and wealth management services. Stephen assists with the team’s organizational structure and oversees its long term outlook.
He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) certification, through the Investment & Wealth Institute® in conjunction with The Wharton School of Business. He also holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) certification, through the Investment &Wealth Institute® in conjunction with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Stephen has also attained the unique Morgan Stanley position of Family Wealth Director. Along with extensive training, this allows Stephen to have access to an expanded range of additional resources geared toward affluent families’ and their complex issues.
A graduate of Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He also completed the International Trade and Business program at American University.
Stephen and his wife Jamie live in Carlisle with their sons Anthony, Andrew and Angelo, and their daughter, Alexsia. Stephen serves on the board of trustees of Partnership for Better Health, as well as a member of the school board at St. Patrick’s School in Carlisle, PA. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, running, and playing basketball.

About Patrick Bartoli
Patrick joined the team in early 2014 and has become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). Currently, his main focus is creating customized financial plans for the team’s clients. He uses Morgan Stanley’s exclusive LifeView® and Goals Planning System (GPS) software systems to generate plans that helps clients better envision their financial future and establishes a review process in order to help keep them on track.
He is currently responsible for Morgan Stanley’s Dedicated Equity Plan Specialists program and he also helps oversee the website and other marketing initiatives.
Patrick graduated from Elizabethtown College with a BA in History. Prior to Morgan Stanley he worked for Public Financial Management in Harrisburg where he specialized in account maintenance and cash management.
Patrick and his wife Heather live in Lancaster City with their son Preston. As a community advocate, Patrick is a 2016 Leadership Cumberland graduate, former President of Cumberland Connections and served on the board of the United Way of Carlisle and Cumberland County. About W Craig McLean
Helping to build and manage client wealth since 1983, Craig has learned from his practical experience and ongoing education to assist clients set and achieve their long-term financial goals. He has received many company titles and in 1998 Craig earned the professional designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst℠ (CIMA®) through the Investment & Wealth Institute and the Wharton School.
Craig has spent his entire career studying the markets and investment management strategies. He is a collaborative member of the team with knowledge in investment selection, asset allocation, portfolio management, and legacy planning strategies. He currently manages the Lydia Portfolio Management trading platform for the team and assists with other group responsibilities.
Craig has been happily married for over 50 years and is the proud father of two grown boys and two wonderful grandchildren. A long-time resident of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he is an active member of St Patrick’s Church, having served on church council, a Pre-Cana instructor, and a Eucharistic Minister. Craig is also active in his local community having worked with various non-profit organizations including; a Little League President, a board member of Project Share, and held several board positions at the Partnership for Better Health.

Joining the team in 2013 as a Client Service Associate, Leigh focuses on demonstrating strong interpersonal, organizational and client service skills. She is responsible for improving communications and client scheduling.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Leigh worked for M&T Bank in various positions for 10 years, specializing in management, customer relations and audits.
Leigh lives in Carlisle with her daughter, Emma. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, learning about health and nutrition and spending time with friends and family. About Kirsten A. Rodriguez
Shortly after earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Lebanon Valley College, Kirsten, joined the team in 2014. After several years of experience, she completed her Series 7 and 66 licenses and has since attained the title of Business Development Associate. In collaboration with Leigh Beshaw and Andrea Taylor, Kirsten is available to assist in client onboarding, transactional requests and resolving a variety of account related inquiries. In addition, her areas of focus include: estate processing, inputting orders at the direction of the client, assisting in banking and lending solutions as well as the service of annuities and insurance products.
Outside of work, Kirsten resides in Annville with her wife, Ashley and ever-growing rescue pack of dogs and cats. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working with animals and participating in volunteer, service and activist opportunities, especially in support of the LGBTQ+ community and animal rescue. Kirsten believes strongly in kindness, helping others and the importance of listening. She looks forward to helping you as part of the Bartoli Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley.
