        About Me

        David Bartoli takes pride in developing effective personal and professional relationships with each of his clients by offering a personalized approach to professional investing. His main focus, since starting with the firm in 2000, is understanding his clients' needs. He focuses on wealth management, investment consulting and risk management.

        David graduated from Elizabethtown College with a double major in Political Science and Environmental Science. He received his Master's degree in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University. As a Wealth Advisor, David continues to expand his knowledge and investment management capabilities. The firm requires all Wealth Advisors to undergo extensive, ongoing training - among the most comprehensive in the industry - throughout the course of their careers.

        David and his wife, Beth, currently reside in Mechanicsburg with their four children; Philip, Sophia, David and Katherine. He is Chair of the Good Shepherd School Advisory board, the Children's Home Foundation of Harrisburg board and the board of the GLY Foundation. In his spare time, David enjoys playing basketball, reading and spending time with his family.

        Stephen Bartoli has been with Morgan Stanley since 1999. He focuses on developing comprehensive strategies for families, business owners and nonprofit institutions. His areas of strength include investment strategy, asset allocation and wealth management services.

        Stephen graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He completed the International Trade and Business program at American University. Stephen earned the Certified Investment Management AnalystSM® (CIMA®) certification, administered by Investment Management Consultants Association® and taught in conjunction with The Wharton School of Business. He also holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) certification, administered by Investment Management Consultants Association® and taught in conjunction with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. 

        Stephen and his wife Jamie live in Carlisle with their sons Anthony, Andrew and Angelo, and their daughter, Alexsia. Stephen serves on the Advisory Board of the Carlisle Salvation Army, as well as President of the school board at St. Patrick’s School in Carlisle, PA. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and playing basketball.

        David Metz has been an investment advisor since 1995. His experience allows him to customize investment strategies and financial plans for individuals and institutions.  He focuses on investment analysis and wealth management. 

        David graduated from Dickinson College with a double major in Economics and Policy and Management Studies. Through his continuing education, David has earned two important designations - Chartered Financial Analyst™ and Certified Financial Planner™. 

        David and his wife, Jennifer, live in Boiling Springs with their son, Owen and their daughter, Kathryn. David is a board member for Leadership Cumberland and the Todd Baird Lindsey Foundation. He is also a member of the CFA Institute. In his spare time, David enjoys time with family, reading and golf.

        Scott Seig brings to the team over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at Dean Witter Reynolds in 1984 as an independent advisor and later joined the Bartoli, Seig & Metz team. Working with affluent individual investors, nonprofits, business owners and families has provided the foundation for Scott’s wealth management approach. He has extensive knowledge of the capital markets and financial planning which enables him to develop comprehensive wealth management strategies for the team’s diverse clientele.

        Scott graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a concentration in Economics. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and previously served on the board of directors for Hospice of Central PA and The Central PA Chapter of the American Heart Association.    He currently serves on the Investment Committee and Development Committee for the Hospice of Central Pa.

        Scott is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time golfing, skiing and hiking.

        Patrick joined the team in early 2014. His main focus is creating customized financial plans for clients. He will use Morgan Stanley’s resources to help provide a comprehensive road map towards meeting clients’ objectives.

        Patrick graduated from Elizabethtown College with a BA in History. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Patrick worked for Public Financial Management in Harrisburg where he specialized in account maintenance and cash management.

        Patrick resides in Carlisle. He is a 2016 Leadership Cumberland graduate, Leadership Cumberland Organizational Development Committee member, Carlisle Young Professionals Outreach Committee member, Vice President of the Master Networks Carlisle chapter and serves on the board of the United Way. Patrick enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball and running.

        Debbra has more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry after joining us in 2002.  She is involved in many aspects of the business including client communication, administration and service.  She enjoys helping clients address and meet their financial needs. 

        Debbra graduated from Cambria-Rowe Business College with a major in accounting.  She has her Series 7 and 63 licenses.   

        Debbra resides in Newville with her husband David.  She has four children, thirteen grandchildren and one step grandson.  She enjoys reading, quilting and gardening.

        Leigh joined the team in 2013 as a Client Service Associate.  She focuses on demonstrating strong interpersonal, organizational and client service skills.   

        Leigh attended Shippensburg University.  Prior to Morgan Stanley, Leigh worked for M&T Bank in various positions for 10 years.  She specialized in management, customer relations and audits.

        Leigh resides in Carlisle with her husband Harold and daughter Emma.  In her free time she enjoys practicing yoga, reading and spending time with family and friends.

        About Me

        Kirsten is the newest addition, joining the team in the late summer of 2014. She graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2013 with a BA in Art.  While in college Kirsten began and grew a small personal business, for four years, which allowed her to gain a high level of experience with organization and client service.

        Kirsten now resides in Annville where she spends much of her time with her family and friends.  In her free time she also enjoys traveling, attending professional hockey games, and spending time with her dog, Jacob, and cat, Sloan.
