    Over the past 13 years, I have cultivated skills in insurance planning strategies, private banking and financial planning. I have developed a strong understanding of the key factors that impact someone’s retirement plan, and am well versed in tax minimization strategies.         Step 1: Understanding You
        I begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your goals and the goals of your family, the concerns you have and what you ultimately would like to achieve. I ask questions about your financial experience and your comfort level regarding financial risk.
         
        Step 2: Analyzing Your Needs
        Next, I collect key information about your current finances, including assets, liabilities and a discussion of any company-provided benefits you receive. I then review your current and future financial situation, identify the likelihood of reaching your goals and address any potential shortfalls or the impact of unexpected life events.

        Step 3: Tailoring Your Solution
        In this step, I present a customized plan with specific strategies designed to achieve your particular goals in today’s economic environment. I “stress test” the plan to determine the appropriate allocation of investments. Upon your approval, I’ll set into motion a course of action that strives to align your vision with your personal definition of financial success.
         
        Step 4: Implementing Your Plan
        Once I activate your plan, I’ll set up a number of implementation meetings to ensure your account is set up properly.

        Step 5: Continuous Monitoring
        I’ll monitor your progress and review the performance through ongoing calls and meetings. I may recommend adjustments over time, due to changing market conditions or changes in your circumstances, to help keep you on track towards achieving your goals.
