Atlanta Perimeter Branch Office

Nandipha Ncube first joined Morgan Stanley in 2018. In her current role as Service Manager serving the Atlanta Perimeter Market, she focuses on the operational and non-operational functions of the business alongside the Business Service Officers.

Prior to joining the firm, Nandipha was a Closing Specialist at Suntrust Bank. She also worked as a Sr. Financial Service Representative at E*Trade.

Nandipha graduated from University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and holds the Series 7,63,65,9 and 10 licenses. She currently lives in Alpharetta, GA and in her downtime enjoys walking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Patrick Beale is a Vice President with Morgan Stanley and has been a part of the Firm since January 2013. In his current role as a Risk Officer, he is responsible for a wide variety of supervisory, compliance, and risk functions. Immediately prior to his current role, he was a member of the branch Operations team, where he was a selected as a member of the National Service Council and was then nominated to the Morgan Stanley Leadership Development Program. Patrick works to foster an environment that helps Financial Advisors maximize the resources made available to them by Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, while maintaining a consistent and controlled environment through adherence of business ethics and adherence to all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management policies, and other regulations. By helping Advisors make the most of what the firm has to offer, he knows their clients are receiving the highest quality investment advice and global insights.

Patrick graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Finance. Outside of Morgan Stanley, Patrick enjoys spending time with his two daughters. He looks to be as involved as possible with them in their various activities and organizations. He also enjoys cooking, whether it be on his pellet smoker or flat top griddle, spending his Saturday cheering on the “Dawgs”, and binge watching a wide variety of shows.

Kathryn joined the Atlanta Perimeter Market as Administrator after beginning her Financial Services career with E*TRADE in 2021- where she specialized in Beneficiary services and Estates. Prior to her time in Financial Services, Kathryn was involved in Events and Marketing for several businesses around the Atlanta area. With a background in Cognitive Neuroscience, she brings a people first approach and a genuine desire to “get it right”. Her goal is, as always, to foster a welcoming environment for staff and clients by creating a team focused, and collaborative environment.

On the weekends, you can either find her at Truist watching a Braves game or cheering on The New England Patriots. In her free time Kathryn enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and travel.

Michele Nielsen brings with her four years of experience from Morgan Stanley Stockplans. As a manager, she is known for her focus on intentionality and approachability. She is actively involved in local employee networks, with a particular emphasis on the Women in Wealth and Pride networks. Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and three sphynx cats. She has a passion for cooking, reading, and is an avid fan of international dramas, particularly Chinese dramas and UK murder mysteries.
