About Motaz Ashri
After obtaining his bachelor's degree in Cyber Security Engineering from The American University in Cairo, his sense of duty led him to serve as an Egyptian Navy Seal. The training was grueling, and only the most determined individuals made the cut. The experience shaped him both physically and mentally teaching discipline, teamwork, and resilience under pressure. His time with the Egyptian Navy was a defining period that instilled a strong sense of commitment to protecting and serving others.
Following his military service, his career took another significant turn when he was called upon to work with the Egyptian Prime Minister's office. He played a crucial role in building the country's first Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), a government-backed initiative designed to safeguard Egypt's critical infrastructure from cyberattacks. His work in cybersecurity not only protected sensitive data but also laid the groundwork for a national effort to defend against increasingly sophisticated digital threats.
In 2010, he moved to the United States to pursue new opportunities, drawn to the world of wealth management, he sought a business that would allow him to leverage strategic thinking to guide families with their wealth. This starts with listening deeply and having thoughtful conversations to clarify life goals and priorities for each family. He has built his knowledge and experience starting with his Certified Exit Planning Advisor Certification CEPA®. His discipline, strong work ethics and commitment to excellence have enabled him to guide his clients and their families with all facets of managing their wealth and protect it for generations to come, backed by the global resources, strength and stability of Morgan Stanley, a world leader in wealth management.
Fluent in Arabic & English and with a profound appreciation for diverse culture, he excels in working with both domestic and international families, offering both financial expertise and a level of trust that come from his multifaceted background. His ability to connect with people on a personal level while offering clear, effective financial guidance has made him a valuable asset to his clients, delivering a superior service they deserve in handling their financial affairs.
'Giving back' is one of his core values that was rooted in him, especially in his community. He volunteers as a life coach and mentor to the next generation through multiple organizations both public and private for a better tomorrow and a better world.
Outside of his professional life, he is an accomplished competitive scuba diver, swimmer, and a fitness enthusiast because he is a big believer of "A sound mind thrives within a healthy body".

About Huston Lorenzo
Before transitioning into the world of finance, Huston was a standout player on the Penn State baseball team, where he developed a passion for teamwork, discipline, and competition. While baseball shaped his early years, Huston's true calling was always in the business of wealth management. Huston was playing in a casual, random wooden bat baseball league when fate threw him a curveball - one of the players was actually a scout. After watching Huston's performance, the scout offered him a chance to play professionally in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However, Huston, despite the tempting opportunity, turned it down. He recognized that his real passion lay in building lasting, meaningful relationships and helping clients achieve their financial goals, rather than on the diamond.
Huston's career began at Bacardi, where he worked in corporate finance for 4.5 years, gaining a strong foundation in financial operations. He then shifted gears to wealth management, starting at Fidelity, where he spent 4 years honing his expertise in personal finance. Seeking more complex financial opportunities, Huston transitioned into investment banking, specializing in product origination and selling structured products at AXIO for two years. His next move was into private wealth advisory, first at Snowden Lane Partners then BNY Mellon, before transferring to Morgan Stanley, where he continues to build on his extensive experience in managing high-net-worth clients.
Huston's commitment to client success is built on the same values he honed as an athlete: persistence, dedication, and a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration. Today, he uses these principles to guide his clients toward sounds financial decisions and long-term prosperity.
Outside of his professional life, Huston is deeply committed to his wife, Cassandra, his son, Greyson and the community in which he enjoys connecting with people across cultures. His diverse background and experiences make him a trusted advisor who offers a personalized, comprehensive approach to wealth management.
