The Artha FORMula is rooted in our belief that every client is unique. By taking the time to learn your individual F.O.R.M., we implement our team’s proprietary Wealth Navigator to help organize all aspects of your financial life. This includes your family, professional advisors, life goals, strategies to achieve your goals, and our approach to execute these strategies.
Complex Tax & Regulatory Considerations

Our team equips you with an in-depth knowledge of tax codes and regulations specific to high and ultra-high net worth wealth. Case Studies and Why We Do It?

    Icon Image
    Case Study #1
Years ago, we began working with two company founders whose business was in its early stages of growth. But at the time, they lacked the professional team needed to organize and optimize both their business and personal affairs. Recognizing this, we stepped in to assemble a specialized group of professionals including CPAs, attorneys, and insurance professionals to ensure they were well-prepared for the success we envisioned for them.

As the business grew over the years, so did their assets and needs. Thus, we continued to refine their financial, estate, and tax planning strategies, implementing a variety of tactics such as gifting strategies, life insurance planning, and advanced estate planning. At every step, we aimed to support their business growth while also safeguarding their family's estate and tax planning needs. Eventually, they began divesting portions of their business, confident that their personal and family needs, as well as their philanthropic goals, would be met for generations to come.

By implementing effective strategies, we’ve been able to help generate significant savings in their estate taxes and income taxes over time. But we take even greater pride in the deep bond that has developed between us. Their care for our team and our families matches our own care for theirs. This is the reason we’re in this business: to build enduring relationships while helping clients achieve their financial goals and create lasting legacies.
    Case Study #2
When a young married couple sought our help, their company was preparing to go public. They knew the IPO would have significant implications on their lives, presenting both exciting opportunities and complex challenges. But they came to us because their goals were complex. Beyond securing themselves and their children for the future, they also wanted to provide care for aging parents who lived abroad, help extended family members relocate to the United States, and make a charitable impact.

Our team got to work on all fronts. We crafted a customized financial plan and tax-efficient investment strategy that accounted for their goals, concerns, risk tolerance, and philanthropic mission. Utilizing advanced modeling techniques, we helped them envision the impact of various economic scenarios. And recognizing the multifaceted nature of their financial journey, we built out their network of accountants and attorneys to help cover all facets of their evolving needs.

As we guided the family through their IPO journey, we nurtured a relationship built on trust, empathy, and patience. After all, a sudden wealth event can be dizzying for clients. There’s so much to consider, so many decisions to be made. Our goal was to help them achieve clarity and confidence. That’s why we took the time to understand what truly mattered to them, and to give them the tools and insights they needed to understand where they stood — and where they were headed.

The bottom line is that our team goes beyond the numbers. We want to know what’s important to our clients and what keeps them up at night. By taking the time to explore the deeper meaning of their wealth, we help empower them to achieve their aspirations, protect their family, and preserve their legacy.

What is "Quiet Wealth?"

"Quiet wealth" is a term used to describe individuals or families who have a significant amount of wealth but prefer to live without the ostentation typically associated with affluence. These are people who might have net worth in the tens or even hundreds of millions but lead regular lives and might even blend into an average neighborhood.

There are many people today who fit this description — often gaining significant wealth quickly through equity compensation or a successful IPO — and many need guidance in managing their newfound financial resources. This is where our team steps in, offering a full-service wealth management service.

In any sudden wealth event, our team manages the quantitative side of things: strategizing tactics to help minimize tax consequences, diversifying concentrated equity positions, setting up trusts and estate planning. But we also help you understand the qualitative side of your wealth — in other words, its purpose in your life, which often includes charitable interests and legacy goals.

As our client, we can also equip you with a Signature Access Lifestyle Advisor. This exclusive concierge service acts as an extension of our team, focused intensively on aligning your wealth with your everyday needs. This includes professional guidance spanning travel and concierge services, college admissions counseling for your children, health and security services, aircraft and yacht advisory, staffing and real estate services, and more.

In a world increasingly focused on outward displays of wealth, the concept of quiet wealth is refreshing. It represents a shift in values, emphasizing the importance of purpose and meaning. This ties back to our team’s name, "Artha," and the belief that wealth should have a purpose. Having decades of experience helping executives with equity compensation and IPOs, we understand their unique needs and circumstances. Using this approach, we help them navigate their financial futures with confidence, purpose, and a focus on the values that truly matter to them.
