A seasoned financial professional with more than two decades of industry experience, Arlene has dedicated her entire career to providing highly customized wealth management strategies to high net-worth individuals and families. Her holistic approach to financial planning includes a comprehensive process, and a commitment to providing outstanding service with passion and integrity. She understands her clients’ goals and values, helping them in developing a plan to preserve, enhance, and ultimately transfer their wealth.

Arlene works with an exceptional group of clients, including multi-generational families, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and creative artists. Her clients entrust her to assist in optimizing their finances, as she manages their wealth with the highest regard and respect for the manner in which it was earned. Arlene believes that every individual’s circumstances and resources are unique.

She currently resides in Manhattan where she is an active member of the Museum of Modern Art, the Entrepreneurs Club of NYC, and the Women’s Business Alliance. She is also a supporter of the Americans for Arts and Education through Music, a nonprofit organization dedicated to partnering with inner-city schools to provide music as a core subject for all children. When she is not assisting clients or actively volunteering, she frequents her other home in Princeton, NJ, where she attends conferences at the Princeton University and community events.

Biography

Arlene Scozzaro is a Senior Vice President, Senior Investment Management Consultant and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. A seasoned financial professional for more than two decades, Arlene has dedicated her entire career to providing highly customized wealth management strategies to high net worth individuals and families. Her comprehensive approach to financial planning includes a holistic process and a commitment to providing outstanding service with passion and integrity. She understands her clients’ goals and values, and works tirelessly to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Arlene began her career in financial services at E.F. Hutton in 1983. She joined the Morgan Stanley family in 2006, where she continues to focus on developing financial strategies for her clients that are well suited to meeting their specific wealth management needs. Passionate about helping people, Arlene is well versed in the equity and fixed income markets. She also has significant experience with cash management and lending strategies, retirement planning, asset allocation, inter-generational wealth transfer and philanthropic giving.

Throughout her long and rewarding career, Arlene has received numerous distinctions and professional accolades. She currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Wealth Management, a title given to select advisors who address the needs of Morgan Stanley’s high net worth clients. In 1995, she earned the designation of Senior Investment Management Consultant, an honor attained through study and adherence to the highest level of professionalism in developing strategies and in evaluating and managing client investments. Most recently, Arlene became federally registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). This registration demonstrates she has met all necessary requirements associated with mortgage lending.

Arlene currently resides in Princeton, New Jersey, where she is an active member of the Princeton Club of New York City, the Entrepreneurs Club of NYC and the Women’s Business Alliance. She is also a big supporter of the Museum of Modern Art, Americans for Arts and Education through Music, a nonprofit organization dedicated to partnering with inner-city schools to provide music as a core subject for all children. When she is not assisting clients or actively volunteering, she enjoys the cultural arts of Manhattan, specifically the theatre, concerts and museums.

About Ryan Rielly

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ryan began his financial career at a boutique Fixed Income brokerage firm called First Empire Securities. At First Empire, he garnered an in-depth understanding of various Fixed Income products through direct client contact and hands-on training with the Trading Desk. Working primarily with Institutional investors, Ryan assisted clients in growing their balance sheets by utilizing a combination of investment and loan portfolios.

Ryan provides account services, manages all administrative and operational aspects, as well assist on trading. Ryan enjoys connecting with clients and extends to them an exceptional level of personal care. As a holder of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, Ryan has successfully completed the rigorous education, examination, experience, and ethics requirements required by the Certified Financial Planner™ Board of Standards, an independent professional regulatory organization.

Ryan is a graduate of Hofstra University in Long Island, NY where he earned a B.B.A in Finance. He was also the Captain and an All-American on the Hofstra Men’s Lacrosse team. Ryan currently holds his Series 7 and 66 Securities licenses as well as Life, Accident & Health Insurance license.

Outside of work, Ryan trains young athletes in lacrosse and football. He currently resides in Long Beach, NY and enjoys traveling, golf, snowboarding and other outdoor activities.

About Tony Silva

Tony Silva is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in New York City.

Tony began his career in financial services in 1995 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as a Pipeline Manager in our Home Loans organization. In 2017, he was promoted to Project Manager on that team. Tony assumed his current position in February, 2018. Prior to his tenure at the firm, Tony held a number of roles at mortgage financing institutions.

Tony received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rutgers University. He and his family reside in Livingston, New Jersey.

When not at the office, Tony enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
