My Story and Services

Anthony works with a select group of entrepreneurs, executives, early employees, and multigenerational families to bring structure, strategy, and intention to their wealth. He also advises business owners and early-stage equity holders on pre-liquidity planning, helping them make confident, tax-aware decisions ahead of major financial events.

Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, Anthony helps clients navigate complexity—whether managing a business exit, preparing for generational transitions, or seeking greater clarity around what’s next. He serves as a lead advisor and strategic partner, coordinating with estate, tax, and investment professionals to ensure every decision supports the client’s long-term goals.

Most of the families Anthony works with manage between $5 million to $50 million+ in assets. His clients value having a responsive, grounded advisor who can cut through complexity, ask the right questions, and deliver consistent, forward momentum across all areas of their financial lives.

Anthony began his career in financial services in 2010 at one of Canada’s largest investment banks in his hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2015. He is a graduate of Capilano University, where he majored in Accounting.

With over 10 years of experience, Anthony brings a blend of technical depth, sound judgment, and trusted relationships to the table. He believes the best financial plans aren’t just accurate—they’re personal, aligned, and built to evolve over time.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, Brandie, and their two young children. His personal interests include cooking—especially for family and friends—and staying active through strength training and time outdoors.

Our Capabilities

We tailor our comprehensive wealth management process to guide individuals and institutions through the complex considerations around their wealth, taking into account tax optimization and liquidity needs to construct a long term strategy.

    Concentrated Stock Positions
Concentrated positions create opportunities and present significant challenges. As a corporate insider with concentrated stock, you may be wondering about tax-smart means of diversification. You may also be facing liquidity needs for real estate purchases or tax payments, sometimes before stock liquidity is available due to lock-ups or tight trading windows. Both the opportunities and challenges rest with numerous techniques that could be implemented with regard to a concentrated stock position.
    Icon Image
    Exchange Fund
For tax-deferred diversification, Exchange Funds provide diversification without triggering taxable gains typically associated with diversification, as the exchange occurs within an IRS-approved tax-deferred vehicle. Exchange Funds are managed by portfolio managers to construct a desired portfolio so that each contributor of concentrated stock will ultimately receive a pro-rata allocation of the portfolio while retaining their original basis.
    Icon Image
    Donor Advised Fund
To offset higher income tax when there is a liquidity event from IPO/acquisition, options exercise, stock vests, or bonus income, you can gift charitably to a Donor Advised Fund with appreciated long-term gain stock. This allows tax deduction in the current year, with flexibility to gift to end charities over time.
    Icon Image
    Portfolio Line of Credit
For liquidity needs without triggering sales of concentrated stock, you can borrow against the stock in a portfolio line to manage more immediate cash flow needs for real estate transactions, tuition payments, or tax payments. No underwriting or credit pull required, and no cost to setting up or keeping the portfolio line open. You borrow against the portfolio when needed, paying interest at a floating rate, and pay it back without penalty.
    Icon Image
    10b5-1 Plans
10b5-1 Plans are preset diversification plans for executives who want the flexibility to sell through open and closed windows, whether at market or specified limit prices. The 10b5-1 plan is a written trading plan approved by legal counsel and executed by a third party, which provides corporate insiders an affirmative defense against claims of insider trading.
    Icon Image
    Trust and Estate Planning
Building, protecting and passing on a legacy involves much more than investing wisely. It requires careful analysis of your objectives, intelligent structuring of you assets, and integrated, strategic planning and implementation. A trust can be a valuable tool for ensuring continuity in achieving the financial objectives you envision for your family, your business, or philanthropic legacy for generations to come.
