My Story

Andrew started his career in the financial service industry in 1993. During this time he has developed an extensive knowledge of financial markets, economic conditions and investment strategies. He has worked a combined 25 years with Morgan Stanley. Andrew’s areas of focus are in Risk Mitigation Strategy, Income Generation, Comprehensive Financial Planning and Retirement Planning for both the individual as well as the small to mid-size corporation. Andrew is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.

Originally from Great Neck, Long Island, Andrew and his family have resided in Ridgefield, CT since 1999. Andrew most enjoys spending personal time with his wife Nicole, and two children Lauren and Noah. Additionally, Andrew has found it a privilege sharing spare time with extended family and friends “giving back” to the community in a number of educational and philanthropic ways including previously creating and hosting “My Financial Journal”, a local television show in Southern Westchester, New York.

About Vincent Tozzo

Vince graduated from Lebanon Valley College (PA.), with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2007. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2007, when he became an Operations Associate at Smith Barney. Vince worked in operations at Smith Barney's White Plains, NY office, while also running day-to-day operations at their satellite office in Scarsdale, NY. He moved to the Smith Barney Mt. Kisco office in November 2008. He continued his work in operations until he was promoted to Branch Manager's Assistant in July 2012. In that position, he played an intricate role in leading the office through the Smith Barney/Morgan Stanley joint venture.

In April 2013, Vince joined Andrew as a Registered Client Service Associate. He recently achieved the Wealth Management Associate designation and brings 13+ years worth of knowledge and skills from operations and management. The skillset Vince brings to his role as a Wealth Management Associate enables him to offer a unique perspective to the client's Morgan Stanley experience.

Vince resides in Fairfield, CT with his wife, Kristen and his three children, Sienna, Dean, and Anthony.

About John Michael Picciano

John Michael graduated from SUNY Oneonta, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics in 2019. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley as a Registered Client Service Associate, John Michael worked as a field execution representative for Liberty Coca Cola in Manhattan, NY, where he was responsible for assisting sales representatives in selling a range of branded beverages. In February 2021, John Michael reverted to his long-time interest in finance and devoted all his energy to completing the full battery of required regulatory examinations to afford him the opportunity to work for a world class wealth management firm. He now joins Morgan Stanley with the opportunity to incorporate his undeniable passion for financial planning, and helping his team ensure clients’ needs are met with great care and diligence.

John Michael currently lives in Hawthorne, NY. He immensely enjoys balancing his work life with a most regimented exercise program and is frequently found on the basketball court when time permits.

John Michael has obtained his SIE/Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66 licenses.
