As your Financial Advisor, I can help you define and strive to meet your goals by delivering a vast array of resources to you in the way that is most appropriate for how you invest and what you want to achieve. As a Financial Planning Specialist, my motto is failure to plan is planning to fail; thus, I work with you on setting up a financial plan to help make sure you can achieve your life goals. Plato said in Laws, Book 6, Section 753e: “ἀρχὴ γὰρ λέγεται μὲν ἥμισυ παντὸς ἐν ταῖς παροιμίαις ἔργου,” meaning “For it is said in proverbs [the beginning is half of every work], “well begun is half done.”” I firmly believe that one of the easiest ways to improve your chances of success is simply beginning with adequate preparation.

Also, as a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC), I work with business owners and companies on both new and established retirement plans for employee retention and benefits, tax planning strategies, and wealth building. I help plan fiduciaries manage their roles and responsibilities.

I am a Santa Clarita Valley native. I went to Harvard-Westlake School, American University, and attended National Chengchi University in Taipei as well as Peking University in Beijing. I am active in the LGBTQ+ community. I still live in the Santa Clarita Valley. On the weekends, you're likely to find me out adventuring with friends, working on one of my many cross-stitch projects, practicing my Tagalog, or hanging out at the farmers' market.

    Tiffani Underwood is a Client Service Associate for Jorge Ragde at Morgan Stanley. She strives to provide a high level of service to every client and hopes to address concerns promptly and professionally. She is passionate about working with clients and believes the level of service a client receives should always be outstanding.

    Prior to joining the financial industry Tiffani was in Education for 15 years. She has worked as a teacher, teacher's assistant, community liaison, childcare provider and as a residential care assistant at a group home for at-risk youth. Tiffani obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and her Master of Education degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University.

    Tiffani lives each day striving to be a better person than she was the day before. When not in the office she is a basketball mom and enjoys supporting her son and his love for the game. She also enjoys listening to a variety of podcasts, reading books, travelling (whenever she can) and spending time with her family.
