About G. Keener Gill, Jr

Keener and his leadership team seeks to empower and equip Financial Advisors and their teams to make a difference and have an impact in the lives of their clients through the provision of sound financial advice.

With 25 years at Fortune 100 financial services companies, Keener is an experienced Wealth Management executive who has helped over 1500 advisors master the business of advice.

During his career he has demonstrated ability building and leading teams that delivered 25 years of annual net revenue growth, developed and deployed training & coaching programs at three firms, and grew market share in ten markets as a result of strategic leadership, recruiting/hiring, community involvement, new partnerships and coaching.

After getting his start in the industry as a Financial Advisor, he was promoted into leadership, management and business development roles. Keener is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner. He holds the FINRA series 8, 7, 3, 63, 65, and Group I life insurance licenses.

Keener rose to the rank of Major serving as an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps on active duty and in the Reserves for ten years.

Keener holds a BS in economic history from Vanderbilt University which he attended on a Naval ROTC scholarship.

Keener enjoys powder skiing, bird hunting and mountain climbing as well as traveling with his wife and three children. After living in Palm Springs, Houston, and Miami they have called Atlanta home since 2006.

About Jim Adams

Jim Adams is the Consulting Group Regional Advisory Director for the Southeast and region of Morgan Stanley. He is responsible for managing the CG Advisory Directors that supports the region.

Jim is also responsible for working with Financial Advisors helping to provide comprehensive Investment Management and Investment Consulting solutions for retail, high net worth and institutional clients. Prior to his current role at Morgan Stanley Jim held several management roles at Smith Barney including Divisional CG Sales Manager, Divisional Advisory Development Manager and Associate Divisional Director positions. Jim was employed with Legg Mason Wood Walker from 1997 to 2006 holding a succession of roles, the last of which as the director of Investment Management Services, responsible for FA Discretionary, Non-Discretionary, Mutual Fund Advisory and Separately Managed account programs and platforms. He began his financial services career in 1987 at Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Co. where he managed the Corporate Trust and Stock Transfer departments.

Jim is a graduate of Towson University where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. He has completed certificate programs in Trust Administration and Trust Operations at the Cannon Financial Institute. Jim holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA-Inactive) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). He is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and the Association of Professional Investment Consultants (APIC). Licenses: FINRA 7, 66, 9 &10.

About Erin Murray

Erin has been with Morgan Stanley since 1981 in multiple capacities, but primarily as a Risk Officer, partnering with advisors, their teams and their clients to navigate the world of risk and regulation. She holds her Series 7, 9, 10, 31 and 66 licenses. Outside of work, she enjoys gaming with her son, hiking, climbing mountains and writing mountains - of fiction.

About David C. Blackwealth

With a career in financial services spanning back to 2006, David brings a wealth of experience to his role as Business Service Officer, a position he assumed in 2022. Before joining the firm, he served as a Registered Regional Supervision Principal for Merrill Lynch’s Central Supervision Team based in New Jersey.

Outside of work, David enjoys the simple pleasures of life: cooking, reading, writing, good company, and long leisurely walks with his family. Currently calling Roswell, Georgia home, he resides with his wife Purpose and their two youngest children, John-Maverick, and Franklynn Winter-Rose.

About Matt Watkins

Matt Watkins is the Business Development Manager in Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Division. His day-to-day activities remain guiding advisors and their teams on strategies to grow their business by leveraging the firm’s research, by educating on platform enhancements, introducing new investment solutions, and coaching modern wealth management best practices. Over the last five years, he has been supporting GA, KY, TN, and WV.

Matt graduated Georgia Tech in 2003 and started his financial services career at Smith Barney in 2004 at the Buckhead office, starting as an intern before becoming a client service associate in support of the branch leadership team. He also worked with other individual advisors as their support staff, until he joined the Consulting Group in 2006 as the Regional Tech Analyst for the Southeast Region, also based in the Buckhead office. In this role, he supported advisors with manager selection, portfolio construction, and institutional client reporting for some of the largest relationships at the firm. He was promoted to become the Divisional Analyst in 2009 where he managed a group of regional analysts while supporting and training team analysts across the region.

In 2011, Matt was promoted to the role of Consulting Group Regional Director where he covered many of the branches in the Southeast Region across GA, AL, MS, TN, FL, NC, SC, VA, and AR. He stayed in this role until 2014 when he joined an advisor team in the Buckhead office, serving as their chief investment officer.

The following year, Matt was presented with a unique opportunity to help a small but quickly growing asset management company and in 2015 became a Regional Director and Portfolio Communications Specialist at Miller/Howard Investments. He covered GA, NC, and SC and stayed with the firm until 2019 when he began pursuing his return back to Wealth Management, rejoining Morgan Stanley in March of 2020 in his current role.

On October 1st, 2025, Matt will be returning home to the Buckhead office where he started his career over 21-years ago, as he becomes the Business Development Manager for the Buckhead Market—in addition to his current responsibilities covering the Atlanta Perimeter Market.

Matt spends his downtime in Smyrna, Georgia, with his wife Chelsea, their 9-year-old daughter Madeleine, and their family dog Blueberry.

About Dayna May

Dayna May is a Risk Officer and Assistant Vice President responsible for a wide variety of supervisory, compliance and risk functions.

Dayna has experience in financial services roles at various firms including sales support, financial advisor and operations management. She began her career assisting institutional bond traders at Morgan Stanley’s Atlanta office in 2001, and went on to support roles at Wachovia and Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. In 2012, Dayna joined JP Morgan and rose from Administrative Assistant to Operations Manager before becoming a Supervisory Manager for the Atlanta office. When an opportunity arose at Morgan Stanley in 2019, Dayna’s career path came full circle and she gladly rejoined the firm, ultimately serving in the role of Risk Officer.

Dayna is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds her Series 7, 63, 66, 9/10 and 4 licenses. She lives in Roswell, Georgia with her husband Jason and their 10 year old son Sawyer. When they are not attending soccer games or swim meets, Dayna enjoys travelling with her family to new places and spending time in the great outdoors.

About Shantique Rozell

Shantique Rozell is a Vice President and Business Service Officer at Morgan Stanley, where she leverages her extensive experience to enhance service, operations, and staff development. With a career spanning 30 years in the investment industry, Shantique is dedicated to finding innovative solutions that drive business growth and support client needs.

Shantique began her career in finance in 1995 as an operations professional, gradually expanding her expertise into Client Relationship Management. She transitioned into a client service role as a Registered Sales Associate before assuming her current position as a Business Service Officer. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has been a hallmark of her professional journey.

Shantique holds Series 7, 63, 65, 9, and 10 licenses, underscoring her comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the financial sector. She joined Morgan Stanley in May 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for service excellence.

Residing in Suwanee, Georgia, Shantique enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Avery and Lillian. Their household is affectionately described as a "veritable zoo," home to two dogs, Maisie and Harley, four cats, Hiccup, Astrid, Oliver, and Jaspurr, and two axolotls, Hubba Bubba and Toothless. The Rozell family actively supports FurKids Animal Shelter, Brightside Cafe, and the Brightside Forever Foundation.

In her personal time, Shantique is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and participating in craft classes. The family recently embarked on their first international trip to Iceland in April 2025, marking the beginning of their newfound love for travel. With their daughters set to graduate high school in 2026, Shantique and her family are eagerly anticipating the new adventures that lie ahead.
