Biography

For over 35 years, Al has served high-net-worth families, individuals and non-profit organizations with a financial-plan-driven practice. For 15 years he was on the management team and a Branch Manager of several large Southern California offices of Morgan Stanley. This unique blend of experience brings an unparalleled perspective and depth to the client experience.

He is an active Board Member within the community and serves as a mentor to Financial Advisors within the Firm, sharing his rich background and assisting in their professional growth.

A California native, Al holds both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the California State University at Long Beach with Dean’s List Honors. Al and his wife Sandi reside in the city of La Verne, nestled in the San Gabriel Valley foothills.

Investing without a plan is like traveling without a roadmap:  it is easy to get lost and to navigate poorly.  My clearly-defined planning process steps are:


          1. Listen          and learn about your current situation, future goals, and risk tolerance

          2. Build           the blueprint and your investment plan

         3. Execute       the plan

         4. Review        and update regularly

The risk-managed investment plan is created only after I understand your needs, desires, and expectations.

    My Passion

    Investors often react emotionally rather than plan proactively.  Accordingly, it is not uncommon for investors to do precisely the wrong thing at the wrong time (e.g. buy high, sell low).  I am passionate that investors have a goals-based plan to guide them throughout the cycles of markets and investing, and throughout their stages of life.  The four critical steps of MY PROCESS enable us to navigate confidently together.
