My Story and Services

Adam H. Paoli, Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, brings more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Adam is passionate about the intricacies of the markets and dedicates himself to building and protecting wealth through intelligent investments. His career in the financial services industry began in 2014 when he teamed up with his father, Daniel Paoli, a 30+ year veteran of Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter. Adam is committed to upholding the same level of care and integrity that defined his father's practice.

Before venturing into the world of finance, Adam was an entrepreneurial Web Developer. At just 16, he launched his first business crafting websites for small businesses, and by 18, he was successfully managing a portfolio of digital enterprises. This early experience gave him a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities entrepreneurs encounter.

Recognized for his professional excellence, Adam has been named to Morgan Stanley’s Pacesetter’s Club each year beginning in 2020. He was appointed Vice President in 2024. This success is deeply rooted in his passion of interacting with his clients in person, over the phone or virtually, through zoom, to understand what retirement lifestyle best suits them and helping them achieve it.

Outside of work, Adam volunteers with the American Liver Foundation and the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, and supports causes like cancer research and suicide prevention. He values his close relationships with friends and family, including his sister, Sarah, and niece, Carmella.

About Stephanie Ruehl

Stephanie began her career in the financial industry in September 2022. While still learning the ropes, her responsibilities include client services and working on administrative projects. As she learns, she’ll start putting her analytical background, tuned from her Chemical Engineering degrees, to work.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Stephanie spent over seven years in Gilbert, AZ working at General Motors as a software engineer, climbing the ladder to a Lead Software Engineer position.

In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, cat, and two year old daughter. She’s constantly looking for more places to take her daughter and dog on outdoor adventures. In the rare quiet moment, she enjoys reading, cooking, and crafts.

About Nikki Ranck

Nikki Ranck is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Arizona and New Mexico.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Nikki began her career in financial services in 2006, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Client Service Associate at JP Morgan’s Private Bank. She also served as a Mortgage Banker and Branch Manager at JP Morgan Chase, and a Service Manager and Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

Nikki lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her family. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
