Adam LaSacco’s 17-year career in the financial industry has been guided by a deep passion for helping others and a commitment to continuous learning. Over the years, he’s gained a wealth of experience and professional focus, always striving to stay ahead of market trends while remaining deeply connected to the unique needs and goals of his clients. This balance is what truly fuels his passion and drives him every day.

What makes Adam stand out is his approach to building meaningful relationships with clients. He asks insightful questions that go beyond the surface, allowing him to understand each person as a whole. His focus is never just on the numbers; it’s about the experience and ensuring that every client feels supported and understood. With a talent for breaking down complex concepts, Adam makes financial planning clear and accessible, so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

Adam’s journey in finance began in May 2007, just before the Global Financial Crisis. Witnessing the market’s dramatic downturn and the impact it had on people’s portfolios gave him a firsthand understanding of the importance of solid financial planning. Rather than just focusing on selling products, Adam learned the value of guiding clients through uncertainty, helping them make strategic decisions that align with their long-term goals.

He believes that the best client experience is shaped by a collaborative, well-structured team. That’s why he joined Morgan Stanley, leveraging the firm's depth of expertise across both public and private markets. With access to a full suite of services, including competitive lending, insurance specialties, and cash management solution, Adam ensures his clients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Adam’s leadership skills shine through in his ability to mentor and collaborate. He has led teams of investment analysts and worked alongside new associates, both locally and nationally, to develop thoughtful, well-rounded solutions for clients. For Adam, it’s all about bringing together diverse perspectives to provide the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, Adam is deeply committed to his community. He’s been a finance and investment committee member at the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) for nine years and volunteers with financial literacy programs for children. He’s also training his dog, Viggo, to become a therapy dog through Gabriel’s Angels, a program that brings the healing power of dogs to children.

Adam enjoys spending time with his family—his wife, Samantha, and their young son—and finds joy in activities that promote physical and mental well-being. Whether he’s enjoying the outdoors, playing with his dog, or reading, Adam is always seeking balance and new adventures. As an avid snowboarder for over 30 years, he’s passionate about exploring the slopes and finding new ways to grow, both personally and professionally.

Above all, Adam cherishes the moments he spends with his son, watching him discover the world and learn new things every day. It’s this sense of wonder and curiosity that reminds Adam why he’s so dedicated to helping others achieve financial security and pursue their goals with confidence.
