A native of New York, Adam studied Finance and Economics at The University of Wisconsin-Madison. Upon graduation, Adam returned to New York City where he resided for over 25 years. Adam, his wife and their two children recently departed New York and now call Boca Raton, FL home. Outside of spending time with his family, Adam maintains an active lifestyle that includes travel photography, tennis and early morning trips to the gym.

Step 2: Analysis & Plan Development
Here, we utilize proprietary financial planning tools to develop a personalized and detailed plan with recommendations to help you grow, preserve, and transfer your wealth.
Step 3: Financial Planning Presentation
Financial plan presentations map out essential factors that play into your financial success such as your employee and employer contributions, liquidity events, and insurance coverage. Examining relevant financial information provides a holistic asset allocation analysis for your accounts helping ensure a comprehensive financial plan.
Step 4: Implementation
In this step, we present appropriate strategies that are designed to work together to achieve your goals. Upon your approval, we open new accounts for you at Morgan Stanley and initiate our investment recommendations. We'll also begin to implement other strategies we've discussed. These often encompass tax minimization strategies, as well as risk management and estate planning techniques.
Step 5: Monitoring & Performance Tracking
We will be constantly monitoring your assets and analyzing your performance tracking data seeking to ensure your financial expectations are being met and adjusted accordingly. We will keep a high degree of communication with you to make sure your concerns and requests are always addressed.

Kyle has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, more than 18 of which have been at Morgan Stanley. He specializes in assisting institutional and Ultra High Net Worth clients in both the US and offshore jurisdictions by managing trading, account administration and overall client interaction. Kyle holds the Series 7, 66, and 3 licenses.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he worked in the wealth management group at Merrill Lynch. Kyle graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2004 and has an MBA in Business Administration from Montclair State University.

Mark Jansen is a Family Office Resources Generalist for Morgan Stanley’s Family Office Resources, covering the Southeast Region. In this capacity, Mark provides specialized expertise to Financial Advisors and their UHNW clients across a broad range of family wealth management issues including; family governance and wealth education, strategic estate and financial planning, philanthropy management and lifestyle advisory. Mark has over 30 years of experience advising wealthy families, business owners, and their children.
Most recently, Mark worked with New York Life in their Advanced Planning Group working with agents and their UHNW clients advising them on estate and legacy planning, business buy sell planning, and succession planning. Prior to New York Life, Mark held similar Advanced Planning Consulting roles in several National financial organizations. He originally started his career in the financial services industry in the tax department of the public accounting firm Grant Thornton. He is known for taking complex ideas and making them easy to understand. Frequently speaking to groups and individuals on estate and business planning, he brings a conversational style that helps to clarify the complex nature of these topics.
