    Victoria is an Executive Director, Private Wealth Advisor, with Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division. She is based in Morgan Stanley’s Silicon Valley office in Menlo Park, California.

    In this capacity, Victoria develops customized wealth management plans tailored to the individual needs of families in Northern California, including strategies around investing, credit & lending, banking & liquidity management, and trust & estate planning for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, private foundations / endowments, and privately controlled companies.

    Originally from New Jersey, Victoria earned a B.A. from Princeton University in 2001 and she currently lives in Woodside with her husband and three children.

    About Me

    Drawing on 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Will’s primary responsibilities include client management, pre-liquidity tax and estate planning, and post-liquidity diversification. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2007, he was at UBS Wealth Management and JPMorgan Private Bank. Earlier in his career, Will worked in investment banking for Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco and Chase Securities in New York.  Before business school Will was an analyst for Norwest Equity Partners, a private equity firm.

    Will received both his B.A. and MBA from the University of Virginia. In college, Will was a member of the men’s varsity tennis team and was on the Honor Committee. He is on the National Selection Committee for Jefferson Scholars Foundation, which selects outstanding students and faculty for prestigious scholarships at UVA. When not working or playing with his children, Will’s hobbies include various racquet sports, fly-fishing and skiing. Will and his wife, Paige, have a son and daughter and live in Tiburon, California.

    About Me

    A member of the team since 2004, Scott is responsible for strategic investment policy, portfolio optimization, and sourcing and due diligence on alternative and traditional investments. Scott also advises the team’s clients on tax, gift and charitable planning strategies. In 2007, Scott and the team came to Morgan Stanley PWM from UBS Financial Services, where he was a Vice President. He began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch. Earlier in his professional life, Scott created financial planning software and online financial businesses for Intuit and served in management positions at several technology companies. 

    Scott earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was an F.C. Austin Scholar, and a B.A. from Amherst College with honors. Scott has spent over a decade on public education reform. He is on the board of OneGoal, an innovative college persistence program for disadvantaged high-school students that is transforming education, and was a founding member of the Full Circle Fund, a venture philanthropy group that partners with social entrepreneurs to create sustainable impact. An avid golfer, runner, paddle tennis player and photographer, Scott and his wife, Sally, are raising three daughters.

    A member of the team since 1997, Jon is responsible for asset allocation, financial planning, portfolio management, client reporting and team operational efficiency. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in 2007, Jon was a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services. He began his career in financial services in 1997 at PaineWebber. Jon earned his Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) designation in 2005.

    Jon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Guardsmen, a San Francisco charitable organization that provides educational programs for at risk youth and serves on the advisory board of Avon Old Farms Preparatory school in Connecticut. In his free time, Jon enjoys running marathons, playing ice hockey, and golfing. He and his wife, Larisa, are raising a daughter and son in Palo Alto, California.

    A key member of the team, Jadon Dailey helps to create an outstanding overall service experience for clients. Jadon also works on the development, implementation and maintenance of wealth management strategies.

    Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, Jadon served as a senior client service associate in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, working with ultra high net worth clients. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he worked as a financial advisor at USAA Financial Services, assisting military members and their families with holistic financial planning and investment advice.

    Originally from Arizona, Jadon earned a B.B.A. at Boise State University in 2007 and an MBA from Grand Canyon University in 2014. Attending Boise State on a football scholarship, Jadon was an offensive lineman on the Bronco’s undefeated 2006 team, a season capped by an exciting, come-from-behind, overtime win against the University of Oklahoma in the 2007 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

    About Me

    Oscar has been an integral member of the team since 2000. Oscar is responsible for assisting in all phases of financial services while promoting client satisfaction. Oscar is the main operational contact including account related services, proactively resolving client issues and concerns. Oscar is also responsible for taking and placing customer orders in brokerage and advisory accounts. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley with the team in 2007, Oscar was at UBS Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, Oscar worked with the branch management team at UBS Wealth Management in San Francisco.

    Oscar received a B.A. from San Diego State University. Outside of work, Oscar can be found volunteering at PAWS - Pets Are Wonderful Support - whose mission is to preserve, support and nurture the human-animal bond for those most vulnerable in the community. Oscar’s hobbies include skiing and hiking with his partner and friends. Oscar and his partner, Brian, reside in San Francisco.

    Carlos joined us in January 2015. He brings a varied professional background in marketing/financial analytics, client services, and project management, working with technology companies in Silicon Valley and the Asia-Pacific Rim. As part of our team, he will be primarily focused on investment/portfolio analysis and strategic planning, in addition to assisting with client account operations.

    Carlos has a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, an Accounting certificate from Santa Clara University, and an M.S. in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco. Originally from the island of Guam, he is a classically-trained pianist and vocalist, whose other passions include an active lifestyle involving swimming, cycling, and Pilates, as well as a keen interest in the Bay Area’s culinary fusion. As part of his community involvement and philanthropic commitments, Carlos serves on the board of The Walden School – a non-profit music school in Dublin, New Hampshire. He currently resides in Belmont, California.

    About Me

    The newest member of our team, Gabby, recently joined us in April 2018. She focuses on portfolio analysis, investment implementation, and supports the team with client operations and service.

    Gabby graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Washington and Lee University in 2017. To expand upon her learning, she spent a semester in Madrid, Spain studying international business, international management, and Spanish.

    Originally from the Bay Area, Gabby moved back to California to begin her career. She currently resides in San Francisco and enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
