About Jonathan Hale
Jon Hale is a Financial Advisor with The Hale Group at Morgan Stanley, delivering comprehensive wealth management for individuals, multigenerational families, business owners, nonprofits, and endowments. Known for a highly consultative, client-first approach, Jon works with clients to help define priorities, build tailored strategies across investments and planning, and provide ongoing oversight designed to keep portfolios aligned with evolving goals and market conditions.
Jon has been recognized on the Forbes list of “Best-In-State Wealth Advisors” in 2025 and 2026. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Jon joined The Hale Group in 2010 and later spent two years with Morgan Stanley’s Consulting Group—an investment management research team responsible for evaluating investment products and money managers. About Jorden Rhodes
With over a decade of experience in financial services and wealth management, Jorden joins The Hale Group at Morgan Stanley as a Consulting Group Analyst. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance, Jorden brings an expertise in portfolio management, retirement planning, and wealth preservation strategies developed during his tenure as a Financial Solutions Advisor at Merrill Lynch. In his role with the Hale Group, Jorden will spearhead the teams research initiatives, focusing on money manager research and portfolio optimization. Beyond the world of Finance, Jorden enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Rebecca and her two kids (Samuel and Clara), playing golf, hiking, and connecting with fellow car enthusiasts at Cars & Coffee events.
About Shannon Carlson
Shannon brings 31 years of experience in the financial services industry to the Hale Group. She is the key liaison between our client needs and the team, while handling the overall day-to-day operations. Shannon places her main focus on developing relationships. Our clients feel Shannon is positive, understanding, and always concerned with their thoughts and feelings. She possesses a high service ethic toward helping others, and exhibits a balance between enthusiasm and patience, which are key personal attributes. Her creative problem solving, concern for quality and true sincerity helps to build confidence when communicating with clients. An important aspect of Shannon’s life is spending time with Brian, her husband of 33 years, and their two beautiful daughters, Megan and Anna and her new son in law Justin.
About Tammy Kinstle
Tammy is a Wealth Management Associate and has enjoyed working in the financial industry since 1995. Before joining the Hale Group, Tammy managed compliance and operational services for another local financial firm. Her primary role with our team is to manage our client service model, focusing on administration, compliance and strengthening client relationships. Personally, Tammy grew up in Hodgenville, KY and currently lives in Troy, OH.
About Hannah Manning
Hannah has been with Morgan Stanley since 2019. She began working as an associate on the Asset Movement Team within the firm’s internal operations in Columbus. During that time, she gained her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses which led her to move into her current role with the Hale Group as a Registered Associate in July 2021. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Hannah completed her undergraduate degree in Finance at the Ohio State University and subsequently went on to receive her MBA at the University of Dayton. While Columbus became her second home over the years, Hannah is originally from Dayton and is happy to to be near more of her family. She and her husband Jack live in Centerville and welcomed a baby boy into their family in March 2024.
