About CC Tisol

CC Tisol joined Morgan Stanley in March 2025. With a strong background in customer service, CC plays a pivotal role in client onboarding, money movement, customer service, and day to day tasks.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, CC gained valuable experience at a local estate planning law firm, where she assisted with onboarding clients, estate planning signings, answering and directing phone calls and various other administrative duties. Throughout college, CC interned with various professional sports teams in their entertainment and marketing departments where she learned to think under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

CC holds a Bachelor of Arts in in Psychology and Sports Management from Marquette University. She is committed to continuous learning and professional development, having completed the SIE exam and currently working on completing the Series 7 and Series 66.

CC is actively involved in volunteer efforts where she volunteers as a Ski Patroller at a local ski hill in Slinger, WI. She is passionate about combining her love for skiing, helping people, and expanding her knowledge as a first responder. She also enjoyed spending time and helping at the Lakeshore Humane Society.

Outside of work, CC enjoys traveling, golfing, spending time with friends and family, reading, and being on the ski hill or out on the lake whenever she can.

About Princess Davis

I serve as the Business Service Officer for the Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. I believe that that a true wealth management experience is the result of superb resources, efficient process, and exceptional advisor teams. Every day it is my mission to ensure that support professionals and their advisors are equipped with all the resources available to provide a one-of-a-kind experience to our clients.

Princess begun her career at Robert W. Baird in 2021 where she held numerous support roles and leadership roles including Operations Supervisor, and CS Essentials Program Manager. She now serves as the Business Service Officer for the Milwaukee and Mequon branch offices. Princess is passionate about efficiency of process, development of support professionals and providing an excellent client experience. Her experience in training and development has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of advisor teams and their focused approach to Wealth Management.

About Elizabeth Menteur

Elizabeth Menteur is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Wisconsin.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a focused approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Elizabeth began her career in financial services in 2013 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as a Registered Support Professional. She was promoted to a Regional Client Engagement Associate in 2019. Before being promoted to Private Banker in 2023, Elizabeth joined the Private Banking Group as an Associate Private Banker in 2021.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Outside of the office, she volunteers with Invest in Girls and is a mentor and financial education coach for high school students. Elizabeth enjoys traveling, painting and gluten free baking.

About Alicia Pfiffner

Alicia has been in the Wealth Management division of Morgan Stanley for over 3 years now, and she currently works on a team that has a cumulative 30+ years of industry experience. As a Financial Advisor, she is passionate about sharing the team's insight and knowledge of finance with others and helping them feel more secure and confident with their financial wellbeing. She strives to offer clients comprehensive advice and resources to guide them through their personalized financial journey.

Prior to the start of her career in finance, she attended St. Norbert College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and double-majored in Business-Finance and Economics and minored in Spanish. Alicia and her husband, Lucas, live in the Milwaukee area and love spending time with their rescue dog, Shirley, as well as traveling, going to concerts and sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.

About Kirk Thode

Kirk joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 as a Financial Advisor. Starting as an advisor just prior to the 2008 financial crisis keeps him grounded when making investment decisions, knowing full well the power and speed at which the market can move. In 2009 he earned his Certified Financial Planner Practitioner designation; one of the highest in the planning community giving him a depth and breadth of knowledge in all financial aspects of an individual’s life. From investments to insurance, estate planning strategies to tax planning strategies, Kirk and his team focus on comprehensive financial planning strategies to help craft the best possible outcome in reaching client goals. After completing his CFP®, he went back to school and earned a master's degree in Applied Economics from Marquette University, where he wrote his thesis on the European Debt Crisis that plagued Greece from 2011-12.

Kirk focuses his time working with individual business owners and their family wealth, with a focus on small service-based businesses such as Dental Offices. Another area of focus is on income planning for individual retiree's as they navigate through retirement.

In his off-time Kirk enjoys following and playing soccer, the love that brought him to Milwaukee (he was the starting goalkeeper for UW-Milwaukee during his time there).

About Raluca Stanescu

Raluca is a Wealth Management Associate with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry in Milwaukee. Prior to this role, she spent 6 years as an Institutional Consulting Associate with Graystone Consulting of Morgan Stanley and about 20 years in trading, private investments operations, enterprise compliance and risk analyst roles. She holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Mathematics, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is Series 7 and 66 FINRA licensed.

Raluca focuses on building relationships with existing and future clients while being the main contact for the ongoing operational and analytical efforts of the team.

Born in Bucharest, Romania, Raluca found her home in Whitefish Bay with her husband Octavian and son Mario. She loves to travel, enjoys attending plays, shows, concerts, sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

About Daryl Devorkin

Daryl is a Senior Vice President, and a Senior Portfolio Manager. Using a comprehensive approach to asset management, Daryl has succeeded in assisting families and individuals in the development and achievement of their long-term financial goals for over 38 years in the financial services industry, 22 with Morgan Stanley.

Working one-on-one with clients to create wealth management strategies, Daryl strives to help clients reach their financial goals as simply and efficiently as possible.

A Milwaukee Native, he and his wife, Minda, are proud parents of Zoe and Isabel. In his free time, Daryl enjoys cooking, gardening, and golfing.

About Jan Dyke

Jackie has over 26 years of financial services experience, with 21 of them here at Morgan Stanley. She has held various positions within operations & advisor support. Her vast experience has given Jackie an expansive view on the needs and expectations of both the clients and advisors she works with.

Jackie sets high standards and expectations to meet each client’s needs by helping in a timely, friendly, and proactive manner. She has a true love for helping others and is focused on providing excellent customer service.

Jackie lives in Cedarburg with her loving husband, Jim and two children Evelyn & Hunter. She enjoys traveling with her family and has a goal to visit all 50 states. When not traveling she enjoys chauffeuring her kids around, gardening and home improvements.

About Michael Thometz

Michael is a First Vice President and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Greater Milwaukee. Michael has responsibility for managing relationships with individual investors of net worth around the country.

About David K. Francis

As lead Portfolio Manager for the Generations Group at Morgan Stanley, David is responsible for building customized investment strategies and providing comprehensive financial planning services to his clients. David works with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and professionals to develop sophisticated investment solutions to complex financial challenges. He is relentlessly committed to providing the highest levels of portfolio management, financial and estate planning strategies, as well as white glove personalized service to current clients with an eye toward the future generations to come.

David brings more than 30 years of investment experience to the team, with a focus on portfolio management. He started his career with Smith Barney, a predecessor firm acquired by Morgan Stanley in 2009. He obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation more than 25 years ago, which helped him recognize early on how clients’ benefit from a holistic approach to their financial service needs. In addition to being a Senior Vice President, David is also a Portfolio Management Director, which allows other Morgan Stanley financial advisors to enlist his assistance with their client portfolios, a designation held by a very limited number of advisors at the firm.

David is a UW-Madison Graduate and a Wisconsin native. David and his wife, Mary, live in Bayside, WI and have two daughters who are attending college. Mary is a singer-songwriter who releases her music under her maiden name Mary Karlzen. They are food and wine enthusiasts, enjoy many outdoor activities and are active in the community.

About Steve Indermuehle

My name is Steven Indermuehle, and I am a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley. My journey in the financial services industry began in 2007, and I joined Morgan Stanley in 2010. I am passionate about helping clients plan their financial future, and I believe in working closely with them to achieve their retirement goals. I have always been a people person, and I enjoy meeting clients face to face to build a strong relationship based on trust.

My approach is hands-on, and I like to meet with clients 2-3 times a year. Whether it's a Zoom call, a meeting at their home, or in our office, I ensure that the experience is comfortable and convenient for them. I believe that financial planning is not just about numbers; it's about understanding each client's unique needs and aspirations.

I am Colin Indermuehle, a dedicated Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, having joined the firm straight out of college in June 2025. My passion lies in helping clients achieve financial freedom, and I am committed to building confidence and strong relationships with each individual I work with. Inspired by my father, who has been in the financial industry for over 15 years, I developed a love for the business through internships and personal experiences.

As an investment consultant in the financial services industry since 1966, Tim has built his career on three principles: putting client interests first, providing exceptional personal service and taking an integrated approach to wealth management. His focus is on developing asset allocation frameworks as part of long term capital appreciation strategy for high net worth individuals and family groups.

Tim is a graduate of Marquette University. He also is a graduate of the Morgan Stanley Institute's Senior Account Executive Program along with the Branch Manager Program.

Tim served as the Chairman of the Wisconsin Association of Security Dealers and was a member of the National Association of Security Dealers District 8 - Business Conduct Committee. Tim is also currently Chairman of the City of Mequon Wisconsin Economic Development Committee.
