My Story and Services
Aaron Kassler, CIMA® CEPA® CRPC® QPFC, serves as a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. As an experienced Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) Aaron Kassler specializes in designing and managing Custom Managed Strategies and Private Markets Portfolios for High-Net-Worth clients. Aaron is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), and works closely with national M&A Advisory Firms, Business Brokers, and Commercial Real Estate Intermediaries by providing unique Capital Gains Exit-Strategies and private investment solutions to their High-Net-Worth Sellers. Aaron Kassler also provides connections to diverse Morgan Stanley National Strategic Partners to effectively advise High-Net-Worth Clients. Additionally, Aaron and his Morgan Stanley Strategic Partners actively provide Exit Planning and Wealth Management advice for both Buyers and Sellers nationwide.

Aaron Kassler is a second-generation wealth management leader, whose family began in the Wealth Management business in 1994. Aaron Kassler carries both nationally-accredited and internationally-accredited Certifications and Professional Designations in Wealth Management and Certified Exit Planning. Aaron is happily married to his wife of over 15 years, and enjoys their 4 growing children. In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his big family, leadership roles, weightlifting, coffee with friends, music, the beach, reading, playing golf, and of course his favorite superhero: "Superman".
Aaron Kassler successfully completed the University of Pennsylvania's "Wharton" Business School's Executive Education program, for advanced Investment Consulting education. Aaron Kassler is a Certified Investment Management Analyst®, CIMA® designee, a prestigious internationally-accredited Certification through the Investments & Wealth Institute™ to deliver the highest level of investment sophistication to HNW and Ultra-HNW Clients. Aaron is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, CEPA®, through the Exit Planning Institute. By obtaining his Certified Exit Planning Advisor professional designation, Aaron is uniquely-equipped to provide custom-tailored private Exit Strategies and Private Wealth Portfolios to business owners and M&A Advisors who are engaged in an M&A Transaction. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠, CRPC®, a national designation from the College for Financial Planning. About Ann Adams
Ann has more than 20 years of financial services industry experience. Throughout her career, Ann has been recognized numerous times for her professional achievements, as well as being named the Toastmaster of the year in 2019 by her local Orange County Club #129. Ann has held various investment representative positions for firms such as AIG/Corebridge Financial, NFP Securities, Inc. and CNL Securities Corp. Over the course of her career, Ann has garnered the experience to help clients structure balanced portfolios, provide insurance solutions and sound financial strategies during a variety of market cycles. More recently in 2023, Ann successfully achieved the Certified Financial Planning designation.
Outside the office, Ann is active in the local community and currently serves in her local Orange County Toastmasters Chapter. For many years, Ann also led a DivorceCare.org group at her local church. Some hobbies Ann enjoys are boating, Gourmet cooking and is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. She has two children, Carson and Camryn.
About Brendan Duffy
Brendan’s commitment to craftsmanship in financial services is shown through depth of knowledge and a relationship oriented approach. He also possesses the Series 7, 66, and has received the Financial Planning Specialist designation from Morgan Stanley.
In his free time Brendan enjoys spending time with his fiancé Mary Ellen, golfing, running, and listening to podcasts.
About John Mitsis
A graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, John also earned an MBA from the University of North Florida. From there, he joined Citigroup Smith Barney as a financial advisor, where he worked for three years before joining Merrill Lynch. In 2020, after eleven years at Merrill, he and the team came on board with Morgan Stanley. Always looking to better his practice, John has worked to earn a stable of rigorous certifications and designations, including Corporate Retirement Director, Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist®, Qualified Plan Financial Consultant®, and Certified Investment Management Analyst®.
John’s primary focus with The Sentinel Ponte Vedra Group is helping institutions and their executives articulate and achieve their retirement goals. With hands-on experience and the elite designation of Corporate Retirement Director, he offers robust retirement plan solutions for institutions of all sizes and industries. His approach is very process-oriented, and he places a strong emphasis on financial planning. The son of Greek immigrants, John knows well the risks and rewards inherent to living the American Dream and running your own small business. Now, as financial advisor, he aims to help his clients live out their own American Dream – whether that means selling or growing their business, handing it off to a family member, or something else entirely.
Outside the office, John lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife, Shirin, and is the proud father of two daughters. An active member the Gator Bowl Association and Jacksonville Sports Council who enjoys golfing – he ultimately defines himself as a “Girl Dad,” spending much of his free time going to their theater performances and recitals.

About Rachael Crapsi
Rachael began her career in financial services in 2012 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Prior to her current position, she has worked as a Financial Advisor at J.P. Morgan and Fifth Third Private Bank serving affluent families by developing authentic, lasting relationships while helping to build, preserve and transfer wealth.
Rachael graduated from The Ohio State University earning degrees in both Finance and International Business with a focus in Mandarin and holds her Certified Financial Planner® designation. Rachael is from Buffalo, New York, but now resides in Jacksonville, Florida. Outside of work Rachael enjoys playing soccer, traveling and cooking.
About Bill Burnett
Bill has over 25 years of experience as a comprehensive wealth advisor developing trust and investment management relationships with families, business owners, executives and institutions. Bill cultivated this experience at firms such as Northern Trust, BNY Mellon, The Private Bank at Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) professional designations. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communications and Public Address and earned his way through college on a soccer scholarship. He has lived in Florida since 1994.
About Mark Jansen
Most recently, Mark worked with New York Life in their Advanced Planning Group working with agents and their UHNW clients advising them on estate and legacy planning, business buy sell planning, and succession planning. Prior to New York Life, Mark held similar Advanced Planning Consulting roles in several National financial organizations. He originally started his career in the financial services industry in the tax department of the public accounting firm Grant Thornton. He is known for taking complex ideas and making them easy to understand. Frequently speaking to groups and individuals on estate and business planning, he brings a conversational style that helps to clarify the complex nature of these topics.
Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville MN, received his JD degree Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota and his CPA license while working at Grant Thornton. He holds a Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. He currently lives in Richmond Virginia with his wife and occasionally one of their 6 children.
